$65,000 from the GMF helped provide at-risk children with year round, quality Afterschool Center activities, and met the need of enrichment and tutoring services for children of single parent families.

$46,000 from The GMF has helped middle school students, many of whom are recent immigrants to the US, develop english language fluency, enhance their social emotional skills, increase their test scores, and use art to express themselves and their cultural experiences as newcomers in the storytelling program called Story Studio.

$15,000 from The GMF has supported the annual Glenn Markman Scholarship for promising college students.

$25,000+ from The GMF supported three complete programs in middle schools including books for each students and classrooms, two author workshops, art workshops with supplies, anthologies written by the students - designed and printed by professionals, as well as 25 Chromebooks for PS 4 in the Bronx.

An $8900 contribution from the GMF provided 30 laptops for the fifth grade to get the students computer ready for middle school. A $2900 contribution provided 475 wristbands for keeping the students safely identified in their proper cohorts, and 18 cameras and mics to enable remote teaching.
